About
“The girl you grew up with, you just don’t know it…”
Bettina’s latest single “Cradle To The Grave – a song about family” spent the Spring of 2009 in the Billboard Hot Singles Sales Top Ten, peaking at #2 and making it her second Top Ten hit. The artist is donating a portion of the proceeds to the March of Dimes in honor of her goddaughter, and People Magazine raves about American Idol Underground Award winner Bettina in their “New Stars We Love” feature.
As a small child Bettina voiced the beloved character Rainbow Brite in film, tv series, and children’s records – and that was just the beginning. Growing up in recording studios, her credits include “My Little Pony”, “Rugrats”, multiple Disney children’s records, and the McDonald’s “I’m Lovin’ It” campaign. Her lifelong voice-over career has made her a familiar sound in households everywhere, currently as Gloria the Hippo in the Madagascar video games.
An amazing live performer, she and her band rounded out her 2008 tour performing at the US Air Force Academy with Smashmouth, opening for Gretchen Wilson, and sharing the stage with David Archuleta. Bettina is currently in the studio co-writing for film and tv projects, collaborating with Darius Rucker and Mark Bryan (Hootie & the Blowfish), Automatic (Pussycat Dolls, Pink, David Archuleta), Jason Miller (Godhead), and Russell Ali (Elliot Yamin, Robin Thicke).
